1.Why should I book through Tickmytrip?
If you book holidays, hotels, flights, visa and travel insurance with us, you can be assured of world class service at great prices.

2.What are the payment modes to avail Tickmytrip service?
Currently, all payments must be made through RTGS or IMPS during working hours. Sundays and Public Holidays, only IMPS payment is accepted.
3.Can a minor be primary occupant in the hotel?
No. Primary occupant should be at least 18 years of age.
4.Will I be charged for early check-in or late check-out?
It depends entirely on the hotel. Also, please inform the hotel in case of late check-in.
5.How to book holiday packages available on Tickmytrip website?
For booking holiday packages on Tickmytrip.com, you are required to inquire with us about the availability of the desired package. Once we confirm your request, you may carry out the booking and a voucher will be sent to you via emails.
6. Can I cancel the booking directly with the hotel?
No. To cancel any booking, you need to contact us directly.
7.How to cancel my booking?
To cancel the booking, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 1 day before the last cancellation date.
8.What are the cancellation charges if I cancel the hotel accommodation?
Cancellation charges are set by the individual hotels.
Please read the cancellation policy printed in the voucher(s).
No refund is given for no-shows.
In addition, Tickmytrip charges of INR 200 (Indian rupees two hundred) OR 3% of the booking amount, whichever is higher, will be applicable for handling cancellation requests.Please read the cancellation and refund policies in the Tickmytrip Terms and Conditions for additional details.
9.How long does it take to credit the refund amount to my account?
Eligible refund will be processed immediately. However, it make take up to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
10.What is the cancellation and refund policy for holiday packages?
As regards holiday packages, the refund on cancellation depends on the type of holiday package, its scope and location, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
11.Can I modify the hotel booking after confirmation?
Confirmed bookings cannot be directly modified. Modification of confirmed bookings, if required, should be carried out through cancellation as per the cancellation policy and subsequent rebooking, subject to room availability.
12.How do I provide feedback on the hotel in your site?

13.What if I don’t get the confirmation mail or SMS for the booking just carried out, though money is deducted from my bank account?
Please check the Spam or Junk e-mail folder. If not found, please contact us immediately.If we are unable to confirm the booking after receiving the payment, we will refund the entire amount within seven working days.
14.What if I fail to report on the check-in date due to unforeseen reasons?
It is considered as no-show and unfortunately, you are not eligible for any refund.
15.Do I need to reconfirm the hotel booking?
Not required. If you still have doubts in your mind, you can call the hotel and confirm by giving the booking details. However, please note that it may take some time for the booking to reflect in the hotel records.
16.Will the hotel accept credit or debit cards for settling amounts for additional services availed?
There is no guarantee that the hotels will accept debit or credit cards. To settle any amount for the additional services availed, you may have to pay the hotel in local currency only.
17.What are meal type options EP, CP, MAP, AP, half board and full board?
EP (European Plan) – Room Only without any meal
CP (Continental Plan) – Breakfast is included
MAP (Modified American Plan) or Half Board – Breakfast and Dinner included
AP (American Plan) or Full Board –All meals included
