Cancellation and Refund

We request you to carefully read the terms of cancellation and eligibility for refund at the time of booking your holiday packages, hotels and flights using Tickmytrip service.

To cancel the booking made directly with Tickmytrip, please contact us at contact@tickmytrip.com at least 1 day before the last cancellation date as specified in the voucher(s) or ticket(s).

You are required to provide the booking id for the purpose of cancellation. All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies of the relevant holiday packages, hotels, flights and the Tickmytrip cancellation policy.

As regard to holiday packages, the refund on cancellation depends on the type of holiday package, its scope and location, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

For hotels and flights, Tickmytrip charges of INR 200 (Indian rupees two hundred) OR 3% of the booking amount, whichever is higher, will be applicable for handling cancellation requests in addition to the cancellation charges of hotels and flights.

No refund is applicable for visa and travel insurance.

All eligible refunds will be processed immediately. However, it make take up to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account.

Tickmytrip.com shall not refund you any amount in case you are unable to travel or fail to show up on the check-in date (considered as no-show) or do not utilise the bookings carried out by you for any reason. In extremely rare cases, if any Tickmytrip booking is dishonored by the concerned hotel, you are required to immediately inform us and we will try our best to provide an appropriate alternate accommodation of our choice at the earliest (however, all associated travel costs shall be borne by you); if we are unable to do so, we will refund you the relevant booking amount.
